Product Licensing
All our WordPress products are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPLv2) or later.
You are permitted to use our products on an unlimited number of websites/domains. There are no restrictions on usage of our products, you can use them for your own project(s), client project(s) and you are also permitted to give or sell any and all of our products to others as well as repackage or modify them however you so wish.
Product Usage and Your Data
Although we do not actively track or save any of the following information, due to the way the internet works, when you make use of our WordPress plugin(s) to import a demo site and its contents we may receive some or all of the following information about your website and/or WordPress installation;
- Website URL
- Website IP address
Product Updates
All products are updated to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress, but we can give no guarantee that older products will run with future versions of WordPress. We are however committed to do our best to make all our products compatible with future releases of WordPress as quickly as we reasonably can.
Product Compatibility
It is our duty to always keep the products up-to-date and working with the latest version of WordPress. Our products are developed for WordPress 6 or higher. Any version prior to that may have problems with some functionality. The minimal requirement for our products is the same as WordPress, which is currently PHP 7.4 and MySQL 8.0 (or MariaDB 10.5).
Warranty
WP Starter Sites does not provide any warranty or guarantee on these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration previews. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with our products as we cannot guarantee that our products will work with all browser combinations. Also we reserve the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after our product files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed.

We may link to third party websites from our own website. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, these third party websites or their use of your personal information. We do not endorse, recommend or vouch for the security of such websites. We recommend that you review their terms of service and privacy policies before accessing and using any such third party website.
Provision of a Testing Website
We may, at our discretion, provide you with the means to create one or more website(s) with WordPress pre-installed, herein referred to as a Testing Website. Such websites will be hosted by us on either a sub-domain or sub-directory of our main website, or alternatively on a sub-domain or sub-directory of any of our other domain names. The purpose of a Testing Website is to provide a WordPress website that you can use to test and evaluate our products such as themes and plugins. We don’t own your content, and you retain all ownership rights you have in the content you post to your Testing Website. However, please be responsible in what you publish. In particular, make sure that nothing prohibited (like spam, viruses, or threats of violence) appears on your Testing Website.
By creating a Testing Website you represent and warrant that your use of the Testing Website:
- Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including, without limitation, all applicable laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content, licensing, privacy, data protection, the use or provision of financial services, notification and consumer protection, unfair competition, and false advertising);
- Will not be for any unlawful purposes, to publish illegal content, or in furtherance of illegal activities;
- Will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party;
- Will not overburden or interfere with our systems or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, as determined by us in our sole discretion;
- Will not be used to provide or in any way be used as a content delivery network (CDN);
- Will not be used to provide or in any way be used as a file sharing or storage website;
- Will not disclose the personal information of others;
- Will not be used to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages;
- Will not interfere with, disrupt, or attack any service or network;
- Will not be used to create, distribute, or enable material that is, facilitates, or operates in conjunction with, malware, spyware, adware, or other malicious programs or code;
- Will not involve reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, deciphering, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code for the Testing Website or any related technology that is not open source; and
- Will not involve leasing, loaning, renting, selling, or reselling the Testing Website or related data without our consent.
We may terminate your access to all or any part of your Testing Website at any time, with or without cause or notice, effective immediately, including if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms, any service guidelines, or other applicable terms. We have the right (though not the obligation) to (i) reclaim your Testing Website sub-domain or sub-directory due to prolonged inactivity, (ii) refuse or remove any content that, in our reasonable opinion, violates any part of these terms, or is in any way harmful or objectionable, (iii) ask you to make adjustments, restrict the resources your website uses, or terminate your access to the Testing Website, if we believe your website’s storage or bandwidth usage burdens our systems, or (iv) terminate or deny access to and use a Testing Website to any individual or entity for any reason. You can stop using your Testing Website at any time.
